Pregnancy & Postnatal Courses

These sessions are designed specifically for ladies of child bearing age and take into consideration the stresses and stran that child bearing and child birth itself takes on the female body.

Whether you are expecting or you’ve given birth within the last 9 months these classes are tailored to meet your needs.  For those who have babies already, there is the option to bring baby along to the class.

After class we meet for tea/coffee giving you the opportunity to meet and mix with like-minded mums in your area.

1-2-1 Personal Training

I also offer a personal training service in the comfort of your own home (or mine, or a local studio), avoiding the need for you to attend a gym and find childcare* whilst you train.  Sessions are relaxed so that (where necessary) you can tend to your baby or child during the session.

*pls note that whilst I offer a child friendly service having your child present will inevitably have some impact on your training sessions.  If you decide to train at the studio I have access to then you will not be able to bring child along, this is only possible in your own home.

50+ Fitness

Pehaps you children have grown up and can take care of themselves now, if that is the case then my 50+ sessions are best for you.  I offer personally tailored sessions either on a 1-2-1 basis or in small groups with ladies of a similar age.
